Our Team
At Porsche, the Business Development department is responsible for supporting and enabling our business partners (Importers & Dealers) to enhance overall market performance. We solve problems and provide strategies on how, when and where we can expand within the network, who to partner with and what they need to be successful to grow the eco system long term.
What to expect?
• You gain insights into the Business Development Department’s daily operations.
• You oversee various team activities, including business plan coordination, importer data, and dealer information.
• You provide personal assistance to the Business Development leadership team on strategic topics.
• You support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings.
• You manage monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reporting.
• You support the coordination and drafting of importer contracts.
• You assist in creating and adapting market briefings.
• You build presentations and handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support the team.
• You coordinate department meetings, workshops, conferences, and events.
• You occasionally support front office operations by covering the HQ reception desk when required.

• 2,936 AED monthly income + 300 AED transport allowance

• 3,436 AED per month (inclusive of transport allowance)
• Working visa and health insurance (if needed)
• 5 Days Annual Leave
What sets you apart?
• You have a passion for cars and a strong interest in the Porsche brand.
• You have a background in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field of study.
• You have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• You have strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• You are outgoing, proactive, and confident in engaging with others.
• You have the ability quickly grasp new tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• You have an independent work style and strong self-management skills.
• You are available for a 6-month internship period (23 February 2026 - 28 August 2026)
