YOUR COMPETENCE
• Profound competence of working with customer loyalty strategies and how to implement them locally.
• Solid skills in working with data, following up on set goals such as new member acquisition, re-visitation, swipe rate etc.
• Knowledgeable to create and work with action plans if you deviate from set goals.
• Good knowledge of the retail omni channel environment and online customer behaviors, especially for the local Market (who is our audience, who do we meet and communicate to).
• Solid skills in handling PR opportunities and activities in the local market; having the right network and sharing both commercial and corporate news/events.
• Experience in community networking to be able to support the Market in local speakers' events.
• Strong collaboration skills for multifunctional work to get all stakeholders on board.
• Good skills of visual content creation/usage and graphic copy writing.
• Good knowledge of working with company concepts, brand objectives, values and visions.
Your responsibilities
• Implementing our loyalty program strategy for "IKEA Family", monitor set KPIs and create action plans if goals are off-track. • Being the first speaking partner for our Shinhan card collaboration towards our business partners and the Marketing team in our Service Office.
• Responsibility for the overall Visitation to our store with relevant Marketing partners in our Service Office - driving both love for the brand, activate visitation and long-term engagement in a consistent ways.
• Create content and maintain our local website or other digital media to keep the interest in our brand and store at a high level
• Collaborate and communicate with our shopping mall and our neighborhood in Gangdong (e.g. Local social impact projects, mom-cafes etc.)
