For our team in Leiden we are looking for a Documentation Specialist. As a Documentation Specialist you will be part of our decommissioning team in Leiden.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the decommissioning of a pilot plant facility.
- Write, edit, and format technical and operational documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, manuals, and templates.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
- Manage documentation within controlled systems (e.g., DMS, QMS).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, especially within a GMP environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, biochemistry, biomedicine, process technology (or equivalent).
- Starter/ 1-2 years’ relevant work experience in a biotechnology or biopharmaceutical industry environment.
- Experience in a quality or GMP role in a cGMP environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills. Dutch and English (Spoken/written); Daily communication language on location is English.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to strive in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Flexible and able to prioritize well.
- Accurate, and attention to detail.
