As the People & Culture Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission to create a thriving, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment. For this role do you have experience of 12+ years as a Human Resource manager. Leading by example, you'll collaborate with diverse teams to build an inspiring culture where every co-worker feels valued, engaged, and empowered to contribute to IKEA's success. You'll be responsible for creating people strategies that align with business goals, fostering innovation, and driving IKEA's reputation as an employer of choice.

Lead with Vision: Partner with business leaders to craft people strategies that elevate our workforce. You'll design and implement plans that bring our global people agenda to life while meeting local needs.Build a Winning Team: Lead a team of passionate co-workers, and collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure IKEA attracts and retains top talent. You'll be instrumental in positioning IKEA as a workplace of choice.
Inspire Leaders: Drive leadership development by nurturing local leadership capabilities, fostering a growth mindset, and creating a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
Champion Co-worker Experience: Ensure every IKEA co-worker enjoys a consistent and positive journey. You'll work with stakeholders to build a cohesive experience that reflects IKEA's values.
Shape Strategic Business Decisions: Be the voice of People & Culture in business planning, guiding talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness in a rapidly evolving environment.
Empower Growth: Support managers in developing their teams, providing expertise on talent development, performance coaching, and managing multi-generational workforce dynamics.
Solve with Agility: Tackle challenges head-on, from talent gaps to co-worker engagement and organizational changes, delivering solutions that drive both people and business success.
Foster Fairness: Implement consistent and fair co-worker relations processes, ensuring equity across all interactions and decision-making.
Support Talent Growth: Play a key role in talent reviews and succession planning. You'll identify gaps, suggest learning priorities, and help IKEA prepare for the future of work.
