While Lindsay is a global company, it is strongly rooted in the Midwest – building on the legacy of our founder, Paul Zimmerer, an enterprising man who began a farm equipment business in Lindsay, Nebraska.

IRRIGATION
As one of the world’s leading providers of irrigation and water management, Zimmatic systems are operating in more than 90 countries. The “Lindsay solution” provides an integrated array of products, systems and services to add value for every grower’s needs. Our product lines include center pivot and lateral move irrigation systems, hose reel travelers, integrated pumping stations, tracking solutions, chemical injection systems, water filtration systems, remote monitoring and control technology, and in-field broadband communication.
With the global population continually rising, food production will require much higher crop yields, necessitating more efficient use of land and water. Lindsay irrigation solutions play a vital role in meeting the most basic human needs by helping growers increase crop yields while conserving precious water and reducing energy requirements.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Lindsay’s infrastructure division offers a wide range of products that aid in roadway maintenance and transportation safety. We manufacture moveable road barriers and barrier transfer machines, energy-absorbing crash cushions, specialty barriers for work areas or construction zones, road marking materials, railroad signaling structures, and other safety-related products. Lindsay’s roadway infrastructure products are sold through more than 70 dealers globally, while railroad products are sold directly to the major railroad companies in the United States.
