As a Production Operator your main responsibility is to manufacture high-quality plastic windows and doors. These products are used in motorhomes, caravans, and supermarket refrigerators. The factory consists of several departments, each with different processing steps. Your tasks may include:
- Removing protective film from acrylic sheets and blowing off fine dust particles using antistatic air
- Heating the sheets and shaping them using a press machine
- Milling and sawing
- Drilling, screwing, and assembling frame windows
- Sealing drainage profiles on the frame windows
- Installing rubber linings on the windows
- Performing quality control and minor repairs
You will mainly work from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. Depending on the department, you will work in a 2-shift or 3-shift system, with the following working hours:
- 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM
- 03:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 11:30 PM – 06:30 AM

Wat wij bieden
- €14.81 gross per hour, including ADV allowance
- 22% shift allowance for working in a 3-shift schedule (€17.91)
- 14% shift allowance for working in a 2-shift schedule (€16.78)
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (starting from 10 km one way)
- 150% overtime pay
- 200% pay for Saturday afternoon shifts
