When Arthur, Flexpat’s co-founder, was deciding which way to go after his graduation, he felt that he wasn’t ready to give up traveling and settle for a regular career. After all, it is hard to get back to “reality” once the travel bug bites you. He turned to Georgi, an experienced problem solver whom he knew for a long time. They were determined to enable passionate people to live, work, and learn from anywhere. People who want to live on their own terms, all while being surrounded by like-minded people. So they created Flexpat, the answer to all those who want to have the benefits of an employee while working freely on projects from across the globe. Flexpat is building a community for those who want to grow personally and professionally by making remote work the new norm. Since Flexpat’s inception in late 2016, ten other travel enthusiasts joined the team to turn universal location independence into reality. From our office in Rotterdam (NL), the Flexpat team is working hard to make remote work a common lifestyle.
