YOUR ROLE
The IT Change and Communications professional will play a pivotal role in helping Change and communication manager to execute communication and change management strategies for the IT department and its interactions with CEVA Operations and functions and its ecosystems of partners.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- To contribute and create communication plans: Contribute and support communication manager on comprehensive communication plans for IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Crisis Communication: support crisis communication to manage and mitigate any IT-related issues.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including IT newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, to highlight IT projects and achievements, promote employer branding and showcase CEVA digital transformation.
- Internal Communication: Support and drive internal communication within the IT department and across the organization to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Event Management: Plan and execute IT-related events and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and engagement.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Taking part in Change Management: Support, develop and implement change management strategies to support IT initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
- Taking part in Organizational Change Management (OCM): Support organizational change management efforts, ensuring that changes are effectively communicated, adopted, and sustained across the organization.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Preferred background in logistics / supply chain or IT industry.
- Minimum of 1 year in a communications role, strong business communication background, proficiency in content creation and digital marketing tools, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Experience with change management, familiarity with project management tools and software, knowledge of Social media, Collaboration tools and Web Analytics.
- Excellent verbal & writing skills in English.
- Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with internal partners.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proactive and a keenness to learn on the job.
