We are looking for a Digital Communication Innovation Leader to join our Digital Communications team within our Content Factory! As a leader, you will identify, assess, and implement innovative communication solutions across global projects.
To be a fit for the role of Digital Innovation Leader we believe you are someone who:
ā¢ Bring strong project management skills and proven experience of rolling out new communication solutions for a global business - from discovery to implementation
ā¢ Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of working towards senior leaders in global businesses
ā¢ Experience in creating, selling in and delivering towards business cases with comprehensive impact on business results
ā¢ Strong knowledge of creative processes, experience of working for an agency would be advantagous
ā¢ Always have two fingers on the pulse when it comes to the latest trends and technologies within marketing and communication
ā¢ Actively explores, tests and try the latest technologies to understand how to use them to achieve communication goals
ā¢ Have a track record of foster innovation and encouragement of experimentation and creativity.
ā¢ Can bring people together towards a common goal, securing alignment across functions.

A day in your life with us
As our Digital Communication Innovation Leader, you will focus on increasing the level of innovation in our content deliveries. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to find new ways of driving business results. You will be a key player in delivering strategic innovation initiatives for the whole of the Ingka business related to content creation and production.To be concrete this means that you will:
ā¢ Engage key stakeholders from different departments and regions to to define, sell, run and implement communication solutions.
ā¢ Collaborate with creative teams across the organization to test and try new solutions within existing initiatives and campaigns.
ā¢ Ensure alignment with organizational goals, priorities, and budget considerations.
ā¢ Lead implementation across selected markets or regions.
ā¢ Roll out new communication solutions across different departments, regions, or user groups.
ā¢ Monitor implementation progress, address any issues or challenges that arise, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
This role is a permanent contract and will be located in Malmƶ, Sweden. You will report to the Digital Communications Manager of Ingka. Please note that this is not a people-leader role.

About The Content Factory
This role belongs to the Digital Communication Team within Content Factory. The Content Factory is where we will come together across Ingka Group to create low-cost and high-quality content and experiences innovate in ways that benefit more of the many and create engagement with the IKEA brand. The Content Factory focuses on end-to-end content creation and deployment across Ingka, and we aim to make sure we have the best possible setup to deliver value and meet brand and customer new demands in an omnichannel reality. This is a place where you can focus on doing your best work. There are no dress codes or closed offices. No day is ever the same. All ideas are welcome.
