Night Auditor
Do you truly come alive at night? Then we have a great opportunity for you! For our Front Office team, we are looking for a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic Night Auditor. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests feel completely at home from the moment they arrive until their departure.
What does your day (night) look like?
You start your shift at 10:45 PM together with your fellow Night Auditor (you always work in pairs during the night). You receive all the necessary information from your colleagues: what happened during the day, which guests are staying with us, and what requires special attention during the night. After wishing your colleagues a good night, you begin preparing the Night Audit by completing all administrative tasks for the day. After 2:00 AM, you run the Night Audit and take a short break. Next, you perform a safety round throughout the hotel. Once you return, the Night Audit is completed and you start up the new day by checking reports and digitally signing everything off. During the night, you are the main point of contact for all guests, assisting them with any questions and playing an important role in informing guests about the ALL (Accor Live Limitless) loyalty program. You have the skills to turn every problem into a positive experience. In between, you handle emails and prepare the day shift. At 7:00 AM, you hand over your shift to the early shift, and your day (night) comes to an end.
In addition, together with your colleague, you act as Manager on Duty and serve as the point of contact as an Emergency Response Officer (BHV). With your strong sense of responsibility, you help ensure the smooth operation of our 314 rooms and the satisfaction of our guests.
Who are we looking for?

- Enjoy positively surprising guests and making them feel truly welcome;
- Are a true team player;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Have a strong sense of responsibility combined with a good sense of humor;
- Are able to communicate with guests in both English and Dutch;
- Love working night shifts;
- Have knowledge of Opera, which is considered a plus
