As the ITĀ Business Controller your primary responsibility is to lead the financial planning for the IT Business Unit. You work closely with the CIO, management of the IT Business Unit and the Operational Control Manager within Business Control. You will develop actionable management information and facilitate fact-based decision making in the IT business unit.
Result areas:
- Responsible for analyzing financial performance, trends, assessing development and create actionable management information to manage and control IT Business Unit.
- Coordinate and support the financial planning process for the IT Business Unit, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic projects by preparing business cases, analyzing scenarios, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve business control processes and support initiatives for automation and optimization in collaboration with the team.

- Master/University working and thinking level, with a completed degree in Business Economics, Finance & Control, or Accountancy;
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role;
- Affinity with project control and IT is a pre;
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis;
- Familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
