What will you do as a Customer Service Agent?
As a Customer Service agent at DHL Supply Chain, you will have daily contact with the customer regarding various matters such as shipments, order issues, warehouse transport, and relationship management. You provide logistic solutions that align with both the customer's needs and the organization's objectives. Additionally, you collaborate with internal departments such as Export, Planning, and Customs. Your team consists of 12 other colleagues, and you all work together in an office. The most important thing of all is to have fun and laugh together. This makes it a close team.Process inbound and outbound documentation from carriers and Customs team, monitor the correctness of the documents, prepare, and send Pre-Alerts, active communication with the drivers. Monitor the arrival and departure times of the truck, close cooperation with the operations during loading and unloading.As a Customer Service Agent at DHL Supply Chain, you can expect
- A full-time position with working hours from 11:00 - 19:30;
- A gross monthly salary in scale 6 between € 2.371,16 and € 2.900,- with potential growth to € 3.520,07;
- 130% surcharge after 18:00;
- A travel allowance of € 0,23 per kilometer;
- 25 vacation days;
- 8% holiday pay;
- Collective labor agreement à la carte: a personal budget that you can spend as you wish. You can convert this into vacation days (maximum of 6) or have the amount paid out monthly on top of your salary. You can also use it to pay for a gym subscription;

You bring
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and outlook;
- Sense for details and high focus skills;
- Stress resistance and ability to resolve issues;
- Experience in Logistics is an advantage;

- Good command of the English language. Dutch is desirable;
- Furthermore, you are flexible, motivated, independent, possess analytical skills, and have a proactive work attitude;
- Positive approach to people.
