As a consultant, from day one, you will be involved in short-term (strategic) advisory projects, work on designing a business or operating model, or gain practical experience in large-scale transformations within the Banking, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors. You can choose to focus on one of these sectors, but there is also room to develop more broadly. Your work will consist of client interactions, conducting analyses, and a high level of responsibility and diversity in assignments. You will quickly gain subject-matter expertise and consulting skills through the extensive training programs available.
As a consultant, you will see a variety of companies in a short time. You help them move forward, and in doing so, you quickly build a relevant network!
The Strategy & Operations | Financial Sector team consists of around 50 colleagues. The team focuses on clients in the Dutch financial sector and serves three different segments: Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance & Pensions, and Real Estate & Asset Management. - You have completed a Master's degree and have an affinity with banks, insurers, or real estate
- You have some relevant work experience
- You have been active alongside your studies (e.g., work, board/committee roles, top-level sports, or volunteer work)
- You have a strong affinity for teamwork
- You are engaged and enthusiastic with colleagues and clients, and a professional conversation partner
- You are fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch
