Where is your focus and responsibility as a Stock Control Coordinator?

 As our new Stock Control Coordinator, you and your team are responsible for the stock management of our customer. Thanks to the efforts of your team, there is a good insight into the physical stock, the stock according to the warehouse system and the stock according to our customer. If there is a difference, you make sure that these are sorted out and rectified. To be able to conduct the cycle counts as effectively as possible, we work according to daily and annual counting plans, drawn up and coordinated by you. 
You will provide operational leadership to a small department (5 FTE). Good stock control contributes to achieving our performance targets. That is something that as a coordinator has your constant attention. In addition, you continuously screen work processes and come up with improvement proposals to optimize them. After approval you implement it. You are not only focused on process, because we think it is just as important that you are there for your team. That is why you ensure an optimal working environment as well as a motivated team. Moreover, you guarantee the working conditions, and you advise the direct supervisor on personnel matters.

• We offer you a full-time position for 40 hours per week.
• A competitive salary between €2556, - and €3415,- gross per month, based on knowledge and experience. With growth opportunities up to and including €3795,-

Who are you? 

 

• You have experience with logistics processes and warehousing.  
• You are there for your team and you have excellent social and communication skills. In English and preferably also Dutch.  
• In addition, you are analytical, accurate, reliable, customer-oriented and you can handle stressful situations well.  
• MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems are by no means new to you.
