- Performing preparatory work such as washing, cutting, (pre)cooking, mixing/stirring, etc.
- Assessing the quality (freshness, shelf life, etc.) of products/ingredients to be used.
- Preparing dishes according to recipes or specific instructions from the sous chef/master chef. Performing interim quality checks (garnish, taste, colour, fluidity, etc.) and adjusting where necessary.

- Basic knowledge and skills of operating Tandoor.
- Cleaning the work environment and kitchen equipment.
- Reporting defects and prevention.
- Controlling waste disposal, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Vereisten
- Permanent Residence in EU/EER/Switzerland
- MBO Level-3/ EQF-3/ Secondary Vocational Education Diploma
- Min. 1 year diploma in hotelmanagement or an equivalent field
- Candidate must be able to communicate in English/Dutch
