Are you an experienced Logistics Team Leader who wants to make a difference in a dynamic logistics environment? As a Logistics Team Leader at our client in Born, you will have the opportunity to fully utilise your leadership and logistics knowledge. You will manage an enthusiastic team, be active on the work floor yourself, and ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities- Managing a team of up to 15 employees
- Planning based on workload and staffing levels, monitoring productivity, KPIs and deadlines
- Organising work meetings, supervising, training and evaluating employees and temporary staff
- Ensuring the correct execution of work, quality controls and compliance with HSEQ and work instructions
- Monitoring logistics processes on the work floor and actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Full‑time availability in two shifts
- Good command of the English language
- Extensive knowledge of an ERP/WMS system
- At least two years' experience as a Logistics Team Leader or in a similar role
- Quality and results‑oriented, customer‑focused, stress‑resistant and disciplined
- Hands‑on mentality with a structured and systematic approach
- Direct contract with the employer with the prospect of a permanent contract
- Salary up to €3,500 gross per month based on knowledge and experience
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre
- 24 days' holiday
- 8% holiday allowance
