ABN AMRO Clearing (AACB) is looking for an experienced M365 Services Platform Manager for SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Planner and Streams. In this role you are responsible for leading the M365 platform products in the continued development, management and support of M365 products including MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner and Streams but not limited to. Moreover, you must have strong experience in managing the MS Teams Platform.
Your jobAs the Microsoft 365 Platform manager you keep watch on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap and Message center to advice and relay implications, opportunities and mitigation requirements for the AACB landscape. You also work closely together with AACB IT staff and strategic IT partner to materialize the required configuration items. You advise proactively on possible optimizations within the day-to-day use of the Microsoft 365 platform and available services in order to achieve higher efficiencies in the ways of working throughout the organization. You form a community with the Product Owner Digital Workplace, Architecture, Security and Data Governance to provide collective oversight of the M365 ecosystem. This requires engagement with business representatives, end-user support, AACB IT staff and second line (risk, compliance, security). Building roadmaps and readiness for the wider usage of the recently implemented M365 platform. Including preliminary designs in concepts of use and configuration. But also, building and supporting an approach for guiding change from using applications like Jabber, Webex and Slack to the preferred use of Microsoft Teams. Moreover, you actively drive adoption of the platform and new ways of working by trainings, workshops etc. You coach and mentor other team members and provide additional trainings if required.
In this role you work closely together with other teams (such as data governance, CISO etc.) also utilizing components of the M365 platform (e.g. Defender, Purview etc.) You actively support and advise the product owner Digital Workplace in governing the platform through the recently established governance board for key decisions around new platform implementations and changes and maintaining the Microsoft 365 terms of reference and governance process. As a MS 365 Manager you will actively investigate and create business and use cases for new M365 platform functionalities (e.g. Co-Pilot, Viva Engage etc.). The actual technical administration is done by the strategic IT partner.

You join the Clearing Digital Workplace Team that is owning all the products that together deliver the digital workplace services as an integrated fashion to AACB's globally distributed user base. The Microsoft 365 platform as an integral part of the new digital workplace recently implemented.
You will be reporting to the Product Owner Digital Workplace and working closely together with our strategic IT partner who is performing the day to day IT operations. In addition, you will be working closely together with the entire business/user community to ensure we optimize the usage of the platform, drive adoption and further build out the functionalities of the platform in a secure and compliant manner.
- University working and thinking level.
- 3+ years of M365 product experience.
- M365 certification, such as MS Teams Specialist, SPO Admin and or Development.
- Prior experience in M365, specifically MS Teams and SharePoint Online administration, and guiding their use within an organization.
- In depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams is required.
- Holistic knowledge of the M365 Suite is required.
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven change management skills.
- Awareness of workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools.
- Working knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL including key processes -- knowledge, incident, change, service request and major-incident management.
- Used to working in an international environment - English is necessary.
