We are looking for a (Senior-) Manager to join our team in Amsterdam.
Tasks
- Lead and manage M&A project teams and processes in a highly client-facing role
- Drive marketing and origination activities in collaboration with senior leadership
- Oversee comprehensive research, including financial, strategic, and competitive analyses
- Prepare and supervise the drafting of high-quality presentations, company profiles, market and sector reports, information memorandums, and other transaction documentation
- Coordinate the preparation of historical and projected financial statements and oversee detailed financial modelling
- Provide strategic advice on the financial implications of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring thorough valuation analysis
- Mentor and develop junior analysts and associates, providing training and guidance as needed.
Requirements
- A proactive leader with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and extensive market research expertise
- Excellent Dutch & English language proficiency (written & spoken)
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, adaptability, and project management skills
- Strong academic background, with a completed university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields with financial acumen
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Consulting, or Private Equity, ideally with significant exposure to the entire transaction process
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to oversee complex analyses and presentations.
