Your core responsibilities will include:
• Taking the daily lead over the team and the shift.
• Mastering the art of efficiency and ensuring your team follows suit, even during the busiest times. Your superpower? Keeping everything in check and ensuring our guests have seamless check-ins and check-outs.
• Coordinating the Front Office department's tasks like a boss.

• Welcoming and checking in (international) guests.
• Providing our guests with insider info about the hotel's cool amenities, how all our high-tech gadgets work, and must-know local tips.

What You Need:
- You've either completed a degree in tourism/hospitality or have enough experience in a similar role.
- You're cool with a flexible work schedule, which means weekdays and weekends. The early shift starts at 7:00 AM, and the late shift ends at 11:00 PM.
- You're fluent in at least English, both speaking and writing. Knowing a second or third language is a huge bonus.
- You've got some solid skills in Word and Excel.
