Bij ons heb je 1 vaste werkplek en tegelijkertijd veel vrijheid om je werk te doen op de manier die bij jou past. Jouw nieuwe werkzaamheden kort samengevat:
- Je signaleert incidenten via het CCTV systeem, meldpanelen en communicatieapparatuur in de loge;
- Je spreekt medewerkers, klanten, bezoekers, chauffeurs etc. Aan op gedragingen en situaties die de veiligheid in gevaar kunnen brengen en signaleert onveilige situaties;
- Je wordt ingezet bij schadegevallen en ongevallen binnen het veilinggebouw en op het terrein;
- Je alarmeert en ondersteunt hulpdiensten bij incidenten op het terrein en in de veilinggebouwen;
- Je verzorgt rapportages en duidelijke communicatie, zowel met ex- en interne klanten als met hulpdiensten.
Jouw profiel
Wat jij meeneemt
Het volgen van strakke procedures en instructies is voor jou een eitje. Met jouw ervaring in conflicthantering sta jij nergens meer van te kijken. Verder is voor jouw werk als beveiliger belangrijk dat je:
- Jouw mbo 2-diploma Beveiliger hebt behaald of een verglijkbaar diploma in combinatie met (studerend) Beveiliger C diploma;
- In bezit bent van rijbewijs B en geldige certificaten voor EHBO, BHV, VCA en AED;
- Bereid bent om in wisseldiensten (24/7) te werken;
- Nederlands spreekt en schrijft en jezelf in een gesprek ook in het Engels of Duits duidelijk kan maken.

Wat je precies kunt verwachten (o.b.v. 38 uur per week):
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.781,- en € 3.409,- (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) exclusief een onregelmatigheidstoeslag;
- 27 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband;
- Je standplaats wordt Naaldwijk, maar je bent zo nu en dan bereid ook op een andere locatie in te springen waaronder Aalsmeer of Rijnsburg;

Wij werken met een vast jaarrooster per 15 weken zodat je voor de rest van het jaar weet wanneer je moet werken. Alle diensten zijn 8 uur per dienst, ook in het weekend. De diensten worden 24/7 uitgevoerd van maandag t/m zondag op deze tijden:
- 06:00 tot 14:00 uur
- 14:00 tot 22:00 uur
- 22:00 tot 06:00 uur

- Je signaleert incidenten via het CCTV systeem, meldpanelen en communicatieapparatuur in de loge;
- Je spreekt medewerkers, klanten, bezoekers, chauffeurs etc. Aan op gedragingen en situaties die de veiligheid in gevaar kunnen brengen en signaleert onveilige situaties;
- Je wordt ingezet bij schadegevallen en ongevallen binnen het veilinggebouw en op het terrein;
- Je alarmeert en ondersteunt hulpdiensten bij incidenten op het terrein en in de veilinggebouwen;
- Je verzorgt rapportages en duidelijke communicatie, zowel met ex- en interne klanten als met hulpdiensten.
Jouw profiel
Wat jij meeneemt
Het volgen van strakke procedures en instructies is voor jou een eitje. Met jouw ervaring in conflicthantering sta jij nergens meer van te kijken. Verder is voor jouw werk als beveiliger belangrijk dat je:
- Jouw mbo 2-diploma Beveiliger hebt behaald of een verglijkbaar diploma in combinatie met (studerend) Beveiliger C diploma;
- In bezit bent van rijbewijs B en geldige certificaten voor EHBO, BHV, VCA en AED;
- Bereid bent om in wisseldiensten (24/7) te werken;
- Nederlands spreekt en schrijft en jezelf in een gesprek ook in het Engels of Duits duidelijk kan maken.

Wat je precies kunt verwachten (o.b.v. 38 uur per week):
- Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 2.781,- en € 3.409,- (afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) exclusief een onregelmatigheidstoeslag;
- 27 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband;
- Je standplaats wordt Naaldwijk, maar je bent zo nu en dan bereid ook op een andere locatie in te springen waaronder Aalsmeer of Rijnsburg;
- Uitstekende ontwikkel en doorgroeimogelijkheden;

Wij werken met een vast jaarrooster per 15 weken zodat je voor de rest van het jaar weet wanneer je moet werken. Alle diensten zijn 8 uur per dienst, ook in het weekend. De diensten worden 24/7 uitgevoerd van maandag t/m zondag op deze tijden:
- 06:00 tot 14:00 uur
- 14:00 tot 22:00 uur
- 22:00 tot 06:00 uur
