Within this role you will be responsible for:
- outsourcing of vacancies and temporary applications
- managing vacancies, including selecting and hiring suitable candidates
- advising the Hiring Managers and HR Partners about vacancies and candidates
- managing and handling contracts on a temporary basis
- answering telephone calls, processing mail and applications
- negotiating market-based income rates with suppliers
- building and maintaining relations with suppliers
- ensuring that suppliers comply with legal obligations
- monitoring the conduct and performance of temporary workers
- handling any tasks related to IHC's access control system
- managing the timesheets and invoices of temporary staff
- dealing with any other business requests that may arise.
