You and your job
As a Process Mining Analyst you work in a team that is situated in a rapid changing and challenging environment (i.e. External regulatory demands, new innovations, compliance requirements). In this role, you will be at the forefront of this emerging field, exploring uncharted territories and developing innovative solutions. Your ability to think creatively and take initiative will be crucial in shaping the future of our process mining capabilities. You will analyze process data to generate actionable insights to help business stakeholders understand their processes, and collaborate with them to implement improvements based on your findings. Additionally, you are able to communicate complex data in a clear and understandable manner. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a passion for process improvement, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Practical Examples
- A new system is implemented to automate a number of customer outreach processes. You determine what new logging data have been made available and how these can be incorporated into our process models.
- During the development of process mining insights you find that some of the data points can be used in regular management information. You help the MI team understand what was developed and how it could be incorporated into existing dashboards.
- The MT is looking for tangible improvement proposals to our processes based on data insights. You work together with the project team to identify the most important bottlenecks in the process, organize sessions with process managers and analysts to confirm and refine the results of the analysis.

You and your talent
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Proven experience in using data analytics tooling (e.g. SQL, Python or Celonis)
- Knowledge of Business Process Management, Lean Principles and Agile philosophies are considered a plus
- You are able to understand process flows based on functional or technical designs and you possess process-oriented thinking
- You have a critical mindset with the ability to support stakeholders in their ambition to become more data-driven in their decision making
- You feel confident in working in and with a diverse and complex stakeholder field
- You possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
