Dit is jouw rolAs an Application Support Specialist in IT, you are the go-to person for resolving IT incidents and driving improvements within applications. For example, you analyze logistical process issues, propose solutions based on data analysis, and optimize systems such as a package tracking application. You collaborate with developers and business analysts, conduct acceptance tests, and ensure smooth rollouts of new releases. By maintaining close contact with users and stakeholders, you translate their needs into practical IT enhancements.

- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferably, you have international work experience.
- You have proven affinity with IT, data, and logistical processes.
- Experience with customer integrations and technical support for PostNL applications is a plus.
- You have excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in Dutch is a bonus.
- You are available full-time and willing to participate in the rotation schedule during peak periods.
