De Plesman is based in a historic monument, and is currently transformed into a brand-new lifestyle hospitality concept. All the (wonderful - if we can say so) basics are there: an astonishing monumental building, a restaurant, a bar, a gym and meeting rooms. But de Plesman is not your regular hotel, we do things differently around here.

What will you be doing?
● You take charge of managing our accounts and working closely with the Sales Team to maximize corporate sales revenue opportunities.
● Your priority is to foster customer loyalty by ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey.
● With a solid understanding of the market, you proactively identify new sales opportunities and ensure both individual and team targets are consistently met.
● You are responsible for creatively executing and adhering to the annual corporate sales activity plan.
Small print:
● You have 1 year of experience in a similar role. You’ll be on top of our list if you gained this experience at a 4/5-star hotel.
● You are bold and not afraid to ask questions to uncover the customer’s needs
● You like closing deals and know how to do it.
● You are not afraid of decision making and taking initiative.
● You speak English fluently
● You preferably live in the vicinity of The Hague
