You’ll collaborate with our team of 30+ recruiters and sourcers across four key domains (Technology, Strategy & Analytics, Supply Chain & Operations, and Business). • Bachelor’s degree
• 0-4 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in a dynamic and international environment
• Top-notch communication and organizational skills—you’re the glue that holds the process together.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (bonus points for German!)
• A passion for people, recruitment, and creating a great candidate experience
• A creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition
