Are you ready for a new challenge as a VAS Technician at DHL Supply Chain? In this role you will work closely with the Integration Technician. You are responsible for assembling and disassembling and packing all material according to customer instructions and requirements. You will have the chance to work in a technical environment and develop yourself further.
What do we have to offer you?
- Full-time position with a challenging range of tasks where no day is the same;
- Gross monthly salary in scale 7, between € 2.594,82 and € 3.222,96 with the possibility to grow to € 3.852,25 , depending on your experience and expertise;
- At the moment we're working in dayshifts between 6:00 and 18:00. When the customer is up and running, it will be two shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with an attractive shift allowance of 130% after 6:00 PM;
- Secondary employment conditions such as 8% holiday pay and 25 holiday days;

How does your day look like as an Integration Technician?
We are all about building and testing advanced network devices in a dynamic environment. You are part of the team responsible for the implementation of a new customer in network equipment, where you can count on the support of your colleagues and the opportunity to grow together in a team of approximately 16 passionate professionals. You will be joining a multicultural organization that supports diverse needs to create an inclusive work environment. Your tasks are diverse and essential for the success of our projects:- Responsible for a safe work environment during the assembling process with your colleagues;
- Assemble the network setup based on customer requirements;
- Report technical issues during assembly and testing of network setup to the Integration Supervisor;
- Maintains a professional level of know-how of the technical appliances and applications in use.
- Besides your daily activities you will get training in your new job to gain experience in a technical field.
- You are responsible for a safe work environment during the packing process;
- Makes sure that all packing instructions are followed (customer requirements) and that all documents are attached to each pallet/shipment;
- Reports packing issues to the Integration Supervisor.
Your skills
Do you have a completed a (technical) education at MBO 4 level, preferably in electronics or fiber optic technology? Do you have knowledge and experience of telecommunications or knowledge of electrical installations Then you might be our candidate. Other talents:- You have good communication skills and you speak at least B2 level of English;
- It is nice if you know how to operate in a logistics environment, but not necessary;
- You are flexible in your way of working;
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm and innovation.
