What we offer
- A full-time position (40 hours per week) in day shifts from 8:00 till 17:00
- Salary in scale 8 between € 3.039,- and € 3.600,- gross per month (growth potential up to € 4.490,- depending on experience)
- 130% shifts allowance after 18:00

Your role as a Teamleader
As a Teamleader, you're the go-to person on the work floor. You make sure your team performs well, feels valued and continues to develop.
- Monitor operations and align with fellow Teamleaders to keep things running smoothly
- You'll create a strong and supportive team culture, where people receive the right training and genuinely enjoy their work.
- Create a safe, welcoming and supportive working environment
- Conduct performance, absence and development conversations
- Keep workforce planning and time registration up to date
- Preparing and conducting Performance Dialogues
This is you
You're a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.
- You've got 2-3 years of experience in logistics as a Teamleader
- Knowledge and experience with SAP and WMS systems
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- You are stress-resistant and able to maintain oversight easily
- Preferably experienced in both inbound and outbound processes
