As we aim to grow our Cybersecurity, Forensics & Privacy (CF&P) practice, we are looking for experienced consultants who are passionate about digital identity to help our clients doing business in a digital world while protecting privacy and data. In the Netherlands we have a dedicated Identity & Access Management (IAM) team of specialists as part of CF&P. We work on creating a more secure society for major international and local organizations.
Responsibilities
You will work with your direct colleagues to architect and design Identity & Access Management processes and models, guiding in the realization of solutions around Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access management (PAM), Consumer Identity Management (CIAM) and Data Access Governance and Lifecycle management tailored to meet individual client needs in all stages.
Requirements
- You demonstrate thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- You can navigate easily around role models, authorization matrices, 'joiner/mover/leaver' life cycles and target operating models.
- You are familiar with the IAM open standards and reference architectures.
- You are very familiar with a broad set of IAM, CIAM, IGA and PAM solutions, familiar with the typical systems these are integrated with from a business and architecture perspective.
- You can lead workshops and design sessions and can balance technical with business goals during these sessions.
- You are very skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations and deliverables by using Excel and Word.
- You are growing your leadership and communication skills to lead engineers and technical client staff through challenges of IAM programs.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and also in Dutch.
What will you do
- Support and lead our clients in the area of Identity and Access Management and various solutions. These could be focused on the client's clients, employees or other areas.
- Making sure a project runs smoothly by taking the role of PM(O).
- Being a business enabler by actual business implementation of a project
- Enable your client(s) by training their staff and improving their business processes
- Help junior colleagues to grow by coaching and training them on the job
- Share your ideas with clients in presentations, plus lead workshops to gather client input
- Lead various business development activities and internal missions within the team to improve the way we work and helping our clients
