Wat ga jij doen als Senior Manager - Strategy & Operations - Financial Services?
Every day you are the sparring partner for our clients on strategy and transformation issues. As a (Senior) Manager in the Financial Sector team, you assume both the directing role in complex transformations and the advisory role in future-proofing the sector. You have a responsible role within various projects, where you weigh the interests of different stakeholders and know how to connect the right people. But also outside of assignments you supervise and coach colleagues and work together on new propositions to help clients with their challenges.

The Strategy & Operations | Financial Sector team in the Netherlands consists of about 45 colleagues and is part of KPMG's Global Strategy Group. The team focuses on clients in the financial sector and serves 3 different segments; banks, insurers and real estate companies.

- You have at least 6 years of work experience, some of which is in an advisory and/or project-based role
- You have completed an academic education
- Demonstrable conceptual and/or strategic work experience
- An extensive network within the sector in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in English are required. Dutch communication skills will be an advantage
