Jouw uitdaging

Als full-stack software engineer speel je een brede en uitdagende rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van ons platform, zodat kopers optimaal worden ondersteund in hun voorbereiding op de volgende veilingdag. We staan voortdurend in contact met gebruikers om werkbare oplossingen te bedenken voor de uitdagingen die zij hebben. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om daarin bij te dragen. Je helpt mee in het analyseren van gebruikersdata en het bedenken en onderzoeken van nieuwe functionaliteiten die onze gebruikers positief zullen verrassen.

Naast dat je sterk bent in de front-end, ben je ook goed thuis in de back-end, waar je werkt aan belangrijke services in ons architectuurlandschap die niet alleen door onze eigen, maar ook andere deelsystemen worden gebruikt. We gaan er vanuit dat 'clean architecture principes' voor jou geen geheim zijn.

Je gaat aan de slag in een gemotiveerd, multidisciplinair DevOps team, waar je nauw samenwerkt met je collega's en samen de regie voert wanneer en hoe je waarde toevoegt. Je begrijpt de dynamiek en verantwoordelijkheden die dit met zich meebrengt, en je erkent het cruciale belang van open communicatie en flexibiliteit binnen een zelfsturend team.

Werkzaamheden die bij deze functie passen, zijn o.a.:

• Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en optimaliseren van zowel de front-end als de back- end met behulp van technieken zoals React, TypeScript, C#, AWS, Playwright, OpenTelemetry;
• Samenwerken met onze UX-designer om gebruiksvriendelijke en aantrekkelijke interfaces te creëren;
• Vertalen van functionele ontwerpen naar robuuste technische oplossingen, met oog voor kwaliteit;
• Opzetten van nieuwe en het verbeteren van bestaande services in ons architectuurlandschap;
• Situationeel pairen met teamcollega's in de uitwerking van vraagstukken;
• Bijdragen in ons contact met klanten (indien je dat leuk vindt);
• Ervaring met Domain Driven Development en event based systemen is een pré.

Jouw profiel

• Je beschikt over minimaal een HBO werk- en denkniveau;
• Medior+ ervaringsniveau. Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie in een complexe organisatie met eerdergenoemde technieken;
• Je weet een goede balans te vinden tussen je persoonlijke belang en het belang van het team;
• Je weet van aanpakken en kunt hoofdzaken van bijzaken scheiden;
• Je bent positief kritisch en opmerkzaam, maar draagt ook bij in een oplossing;
• Je hebt affiniteit met codekwaliteit. Ervaring met Test Driven Development is een pré;
• Je bent leergierig en blijft je voortdurend ontwikkelen;
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het werken in een Agile team (bijvoorbeeld Scrum of Kanban);
• Ervaring met Product Discovery is een pré.
