Your daily tasks:

• Resolving technical queries related to software, hardware, and/or configuration.
• Utilizing toolsets effectively.

• MBO4-level education or equivalent, preferably in IT or computer science.
• Experience with customer service in software solutions.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken.
