WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
Expert knowledge of (High professional level; can share and teach others):
* Project Management - Knowledge of how to initiate, plan, execute, control and close a project.
* Marketing operation - Knowledge of how to integrate Marketing & Communication Strategy with the commercial agenda, how to translate it to high level actions and how to harness marketing technology and marketing automation to achieve marketing objectives.
* Functional marketing delivery in one or more of the following areas:
* Branding - expert knowledge of creating a unique image for INGKA Centres in the consumers' mind and establish a significant and differentiated presence in the market that attracts and retains customers.
* Customer Loyalty Management - expert knowledge of how to manage customers' lifecycle and perform structured and effective actions to manage, select, relate and impact customers' buying behaviour.
* Integrated insights - Knowledge of methods and tools to gather relevant data-sets, how to process and derive actionable insights from it and how to interpret it for strategic frameworks, tactical planning and business decision-making purposes.
* Cross-channel data analytics & insights - Knowledge of how to profile, model, analyse and report on all data, cross-channel, to gain insights for business purposes and decision making.
* B2B Marketing - Knowledge about how to develop a tactical approach for communication, advertisement and creation of consumer insights for business consumers.
* Marketing Strategic Planning & Implementation - Knowledge of how to develop an integrated multichannel Marketing & Communication Strategy and Plan that covers positioning, growth and segmentation strategies and how to implement it on organisational level.
* Media Management - Knowledge of how to plan, buy advertisement space and measure the effect of communication and branding in all online and analogue media channels directed at IKEA customers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Contributes to the development of global Marketing capabilities, including strategies, tools, and frameworks for local use and adaptation, as well as the development and execution of global and cluster-level marketing activities.
* Executes on assigned tasks which contribute to strategic priorities across the Marketing function, moving from team to team as priorities evolve to deliver day-to-day Marketing activities, leveraging their experience in one more of the following areas: Marketing Brand & Strategy, B2B Marketing, Loyalty Community Marketing, Social Marketing, and Marketing Insights and Analytics.
* Executes on assigned tasks and contributes Marketing expertise on cross-functional mission-based teams outside of Marketing as needed.
* Supports and coordinates market studies and provides insights regarding trends that enable qualified decisions for marketing.
* Supports the C&D Business Partners to find new and alternative marketing solutions to increase footfall and sales; follow up on marketing activities with C&D Business Partners to evaluate return on investments.
* Applies business knowledge and leverage digital best practices to achieve Marketing goals and objectives.
Management:
* Collaborates across Ingka Centres and IKEA Group to develop, implement, secure and share updated Marketing information, tools and material to/from Marketing.
Leadership:
* Pro-actively seek initiatives for improving the team and secure close cooperation with Marketing across IKEA Group.
* Role models the culture and values of Ingka Centres.
