Personally, but also as hotel manager, hospitality is running through your veins. Your mission? Lead and inspire our team through our core values, drive our local F&B offering, and manage both the strategic and day-to-day operations with finesse and agile mindset. The roleYou're stepping into a brand-new role at our hotel, one created out of necessity to meet the growing needs of our team, guests, and expanding property. Your superpowers and requirementsIf we got stuck in a lift together, we'd have a good time and share a few laughs
Someone with a passion for hospitality, you inspire an enthusiastic guest-centred approach.
Experienced and F&B savvy operator and have prior experience (+/- 8-10 years) in similar and/or leadership roles
Fluency in English/Dutch is essential, additional languages are a plus
You are comfortable with the strategic as well as day to day detail
A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude. You are not that laptop-manager.
A super host with huge passion for creating world class experiences
Leadership focused on empowerment and inclusivity
Confident & calm in dealing with challenging situations and crisis management
Experience in presenting and delivering brand vision
IT skills for relevant property management software systems & POS software
You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way
Flexible and full-time availability from Q1 2025
