As a Project Planner, you will be an integral part of one of our project teams, working closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure the seamless realization of our yachts. Reporting to the Project Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive Planning: Oversee the integral project planning, aligning it with the overall building strategy. Work closely with the Project Core Team and external stakeholders such as co-makers and subcontractors.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with all relevant stakeholders. Align, monitor, and adjust project plans to ensure timely delivery, maximizing efficiency and profitability.
- Progress and Issue Management: Discuss progress, identify deviations, and analyze their causes with the Project Core Team and third-party leaders. Offer actionable solutions to keep the project on track.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Spot bottlenecks and risks, and propose mitigation measures. These could include subcontracting, outsourcing, prioritization shifts, or increasing personnel resources.
- Adaptability in Change: Assess the impact of change orders on the integral planning. Work with involved parties to reschedule and adjust timelines effectively.
- Planning Tools Expertise: Utilize planning software, such as Primavera, and MS Office applications to streamline project scheduling and management.
We're looking for an experienced and driven planner who is passionate about delivering results in a dynamic and technical environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Educational Background: Higher Vocational Education (Technische Bedrijfskunde) or Secondary Vocational Education (MBO+) with relevant work experience.
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the maritime or yacht-building industry.
- Key Competencies:
o Autonomy and the ability to work independently.
o Persuasiveness and adaptability in dynamic situations.
- Problem-Solving Approach: A proactive mindset with a solutions-driven attitude.
- Team Player: A passionate, collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow.
