• Who understands the high standards of hygiene and cleanliness of our guests
• Who is able to work at flexible times including late night shifts finishing at 2am
• Who will be responsible for the cleaning of the china, glass and silverware as well as the equipment, machinery and working areas behind the scenes in the kitchen
• Who will be responsible for cleaning our public areas
• Who will listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them
• Who has a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members
• Who is full of enthusiasm and willing to learn

• Who has at some experience in a hotel, restaurant or catering
