Tasks

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for end-users at their desks, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams and service partners to implement and maintain seamless technology solutions in line with company standards and client requirements.
• Manage and prioritize multiple support requests, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to service level agreements.
• Document and track support activities, maintaining accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and service requests to enhance knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Participate in the deployment and configuration of IT equipment and software, supporting global rollouts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in deskside support or a similar role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
