Your Role in Our Story:
- Clean and maintain kitchen storage, preparation and cooking areas and equipment;
- Maintain proper sanitation of all dish washing and pot washing areas and equipment;
- Operate and maintain dish washing equipment properly to provide clean, sanitized china, glass and silver;
- Removal of all trash from kitchen areas, operation of garbage disposal and trash compactor;
- Maintain control over food and beverage china, glass, silver, cookware and service equipment inventories.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Steward is a plus, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A passion for cleanliness and supporting a high-functioning kitchen team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
