• Oversee and manage the BCBS239 compliance program - ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and timelines
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across ABN AMRO (including its subsidiaries and entities)
• Act as primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders - ensuring clear communication, reporting on program progress, risks and issues, and manage audit and regulatory reviews
• Develop and prepare executive decision making for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board
• Set the direction of change management initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of BCBS239 practices and processed
• Explore and implement best practices to enhance program delivery across our portfolio
You will join our Strategic Regulatory Change (SRC) team. The SRC team is responsible for overseeing and steering a portfolio of large-scale, regulatory programs on a daily basis and to report on the progress, dilemmas and dependencies to senior management. You will join our team as a seasoned Program Manager with a proven track record in the financial service industry and regulatory compliance programs in complex environments. Your role will be pivotal in end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring the implementation of BCBS239 standards. Together with 2 other program managers you are responsible to manage the overall Compass/BCBS program, aiming to implement our target BCBS 239 compliant data management solution.
Je profielYour profile demonstrates a solid track record of program management of regulatory trajectories - specific to BCBS 239. You are a natural leader that is result-oriented, data-driven, self-steering, and have the ability to translate regulatory requirements into action. You are committed to developing and mentoring your team to achieve high performance.
You have:
• 10+ years of work experience in driving the execution of transformative data & technology programs
• Previous experience in working in a regulated environment from a credit risk / financial risk perspective
• Strong analytical capabilities to assess risks, identify gaps in compliance, and propose effective solutions
• Experience in engaging with regulatory bodies and representing the organization in compliance discussions and audits
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in implementing BCBS239 standards
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing (international) multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and (written and verbal) communication abilities to influence and manage across organisational levels
• Experience with program management methodologies (Scaled Agile) and tools (JIRA Align)
• Professional working proficiency in English is a must
• A gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year
