• A passionate software engineer with a good understanding of the core frontend web technologies (JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js).
• You have a completed university or higher vocational education, preferably in the field of Computer Science.
• You have at least 2-4 years of experience working as a front-end developer.
• You live in the Netherlands and can work together with the team in our Hilversum office at least 2 times a week.
• You are passionate about technology and always eager to learn new things.
• You are diligent and kind, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Contribute to the features of your development team, by designing, building and operating features end to end.
• You talk to business and understand their needs over their asks, trying to optimize value creation for the products that you work on.
• You contribute to your chapter, improving our engineering practices and growing the development teams across the company.
• You don't mind contributing outside the area of expertise, in the end it is more important to get a feature out well than it is to get your part done.
• You help and coach more junior developers by providing feedback and guiding them in their tasks.

The RTL Identity team is responsible for all activities regarding account and subscription management for our news and entertainment products like Buienradar, and RTL Nieuws en Entertainment.
