Who you are
• 5 years of finish carpentry, other carpentry, or kitchen installation experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a lead installation/Supervision role.
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience.
• A plus: Project management experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Basic understanding of the sales, logistics and customer service process.
• Excellent understanding of residential and commercial renovation.
• Local installation market understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to analyze situations and identify ways to improve efficiency.
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings.
• Demonstrate persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals.
• Aptitude for technology; ability to use computer, tablet, variety of software and applications.
Your responsibilities
• Supervises and directs the daily operations of the Installation teams, either internal or external. Ensures that the teams efficiently perform and complete the product installation according to directions and consistent with IKEA standards.
• Addresses and resolves service quality issues and customer concerns directly with customers, in a timely manner.
• Participates to the elaboration and manages the execution of the national kitchen and bathroom installation programs for the assigned area. Ensures the achievement of sales, margin, close rate, and profitability goals. Provides insight and recommendations to national management on trends, practices, and industry forces to troubleshoot issues and improve business productivity and resilience.
• In accordance with the required installation capacity, recruits, selects, trains and retains third-party service providers by relationship building (e.g., digital, cold calling, relationship development, etc.).
• Manages the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct interaction with the service providers and the Operations Support team.
• Oversees all service quality issues through regular interaction including site inspections, audits, service provider meetings, and reviewing customer satisfaction metrics to ensure IKS quality standards are met.
• Develop strong business relationships with IKEA store teams within the market, including managers and co-workers.
• Establishes and contribute to a feedback loop between Planning & Sales, Operations Support and Field Teams.

The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $ 70 800 to $ 106 200 and will be based on relevant work experience.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 70,800 CAD to 106,200 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
