Are you customer-oriented, administratively strong and do you have knowledge of transport and logistics? As a Customer Service Representative at GEODIS you are the contact person for our customers and you ensure a smooth handling of their questions and shipments. Do you enjoy working in an international logistics environment where your efforts directly contribute to customer satisfaction? Then we are looking for you! Good work!As a Customer Service Representative, you act as the first point of contact for our customers. You handle questions, complaints and requests, and offer appropriate solutions. In addition, you take care of administrative tasks such as maintaining customer data, preparing quotations and processing transport information. You liaise with other departments to ensure shipments and orders run smoothly.
- Answer customers by phone and e-mail regarding shipments, questions and complaints
- Administratively process customer data, quotations and transport information
- Prepare reports and maintain customer files
- Collaborate with internal departments for a smooth processing of orders
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
You will work a day shift (from 07:00 to 17:00) from Monday to Friday, at our location at Columbusstraat in Rotterdam

- Knowledge of logistics and transport
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and WMS systems
- Mastery of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing
- You are customer-oriented, communicative and accurate
- Able to apply for a valid VOG (mandatory for employment)
- Gross monthly salary between €2,782 and €3,692, depending on experience
- Travel reimbursement (from 10 km one way)
- Growth opportunities within an internationally operating organization
- Extensive familiarisation and training opportunities
