As a production worker, you will contribute to the heart of our operations, crafting a product that is a cornerstone of modern architecture and infrastructure: glass. You'll face the rewarding challenge of ensuring our high-quality glass is produced efficiently and meets the exacting standards our clients expect. We're looking for someone who is flexible, has a hands-on mentality, and is comfortable with physical work. Ideally, you'll bring a full-time commitment, readiness for shift work, and some experience in production or CNC machinery operations. Proficiency in Dutch, German, English, or Polish is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Operation: manage and adjust processing machines to maintain optimal production flow.
- Quality: perform inspections to ensure the final product meets our high standards.
- Collaboration: work closely with the team to enhance production processes and efficiency.
- Safety: adhere to safety protocols and handle equipment responsibly.
- Development: engage in training and mentorship to advance your skills within the glass industry.
