You are not afraid of tackling these challenges and are able to find creative solutions by, for example, explaining the impact of a change to our internal customers, translating compliance rules to our network solutions, or automating repetitive tasks.
We work with the Agile methodology, which means that our teams have a lot of autonomy but also take on their own responsibility. This means that the team is also responsible for the way of working and cooperation between engineers.
