As a production worker for ABB Growers in Horst, you play a vital role in keeping our advanced production and packaging lines running at their best. Join us for good work!At ABB Growers in Horst, we’re looking for a motivated production employee to help us bring the best blueberries and asparagus from farm to table. In this important role, you’ll be part of a team that keeps our modern production and packaging lines running smoothly, ensuring top quality, every time. No two days are the same, and your role is essential in every step. During the day you will:
Work with modern production and packaging machines and make sure they run well
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality rules at all times
Identify and report any irregularities or malfunctions in the production process
Our production never stops moving, and neither does the team! You’ll work from Monday to Saturday in one of two shifts: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00. Flexibility is key, as overtime is sometimes needed to keep everything running smoothly. So please keep this in mind when planning your day or evening.
