Lead Technical Project Delivery
Define, plan, and drive end-to-end delivery of RMG digital tools in close collaboration with data & technology (D&T) teams.
Ensure seamless coordination across design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
Proactively identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks to keep delivery on track.
Guide engineering and analytics teams through complex challenges with pragmatic, scalable solutions.
Continuously improve digital products post-deployment based on user feedback and performance data.
Translate Business Needs into Smart Tech Solutions
Partner with commercial leads and local operating companies to gather business requirements and align digital tooling with real-world use cases.
Convert business challenges into clear, actionable technical specs for developers and data teams.
Act as the subject matter expert on RMG data, KPIs, data models, algorithms, and dashboard logic.
Ensure consistent design principles and usability across all tooling in the RMG suite.
Drive Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
Coordinate internal and external delivery teams, avoiding conflicts and aligning timelines.
Serve as the tech liaison for change management and capability building during deployment.
Engage senior stakeholders to gain sponsorship and alignment for digital initiatives.
Job requirements
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science).
7+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in data-driven roles such as data scientist, engineer, or analyst.
Background in Revenue Management, Commercial Analytics or FMCG consulting is highly preferred.
Proven track record delivering digital tooling, data products, or analytics platforms.
Fluent English speaker - other 'global' language highly valued.
Technical & Business Expertise
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Solid understanding of data architecture, algorithms, KPIs, and advanced analytics.
Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Strong project and change management skills.
Commercially aware: you understand business needs and how to translate them into impactful technology.
