As a forklift operator, you play a versatile role. You’ll move pallets loaded with plants and occasionally help out with production when needed. These are your main responsibilities:

• You are reliable and have a positive attitude
• Forklift operation: You are responsible for the safe and efficient use of forklifts for loading and unloading goods
• Storage of goods: Safely storing and relocating products within the facility

You’ll work a daytime shift from 07:00 to 16:00, with a high chance of working overtime until 17:00. The standard workdays are Monday through Friday, but Saturday mornings may be added during busy periods.

The client is an agricultural family business based in Berkel en Rodenrijs, specializing in the cultivation of ornamental plants. Since its founding in 1994, the company has grown into a reliable player in the ornamental horticulture sector. With a small team of 2 to 5 employees, it focuses on the cultivation of various annual crops, with an emphasis on quality and craftsmanship.

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics
• In possession of a forklift certificate
• Proficiency in Dutch or English
• A strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime

• Gross hourly wage between €16 and €17
• ADV allowance (extra days off)
• Weekly payments
• 8.33% holiday pay
• 25 vacation days
