Please visit About Role: A Deskside Support Engineer is an IT professional responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Responsibility: Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues ( , desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals). Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems. Address network connectivity problems, including Wi-Fi and LAN issues. On-Site Assistance: Provide face-to-face support for technical queries. Assist users with device setup, upgrades, and routine maintenance. Deliver hands-on support for meeting rooms, projectors, and other shared equipment. Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular system checks to ensure devices are functioning optimally. Update software patches, antivirus programs, and other security measures. Collaboration: Coordinate with other IT teams ( , network administrators, server engineers) to resolve systemic issues. Document processes, solutions, and known issues for future reference. What do you bring? Minimum 2 years of experiences in IT support or IT Field Support Engineer Experience in Proficiency in Windows, macOS and knowledge of mobile platforms like iOS and Android. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, including Familiarity with hardware replacement and upgrades. Experience with productivity tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms, including the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot applications. Understanding of network protocols and experience with systems like ServiceNow Fluent in Dutch and have good communication skills in English.
