Tasks
ou will be working in the Engineering department, working on sustainable battery-electric powered construction machinery and vehicles from well-known brands such as Hyundai, DAF, Liebherr and Bobcat. The work for which you will be responsible:
- Design and development of wiring systems for electric mobility vehicles.
- Develop wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Work with electrical engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that wiring systems meet requirements.
- Identify and solve wiring problems during prototype and production phases.
- Testing and validation of wiring systems.
- Create and maintain documentation on wiring.
- Develop and implement wiring standards and best practices.
Requirements
To be considered for this challenging and dynamic position, you will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in designing and developing wiring systems for automotive or similar industries.
- Proficiency in CAD software for designing wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Experience with wire harness manufacturing processes and materials.
- Command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive and/or earthmoving electrical systems and standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
