Are you looking for a temporary challenge as a Quality Assurance Specialist? (8 months)

We are looking for a passionate professional who is dedicated to continuous quality improvement and prioritizes customer satisfaction at all times.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including ensuring the quality of warehouse processes and customer deliveries. You will take proactive measures to prevent recurring issues and support the Operations department in matters related to customer satisfaction and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring the quality of warehouse processes and deliveries

Implementing preventive measures to avoid recurring issues

Supporting the Operations department with customer satisfaction and quality-related matters

Strict compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures is essential, as is implementing a Process Control Plan in accordance with FMEA. The role also includes conducting process audits, actively participating in Short Interval Management meetings, and addressing customer complaints. Adhering to all relevant work instructions, procedures, ISO standards, and internal audit/SPS guidelines is an integral part of this position.

Wie ben je?

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Logistics Engineering, or at least 3 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of quality and improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, G8D, FMEA, SPC

Experience with ISO-9001 and internal audits

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
