The Identity Solutions Architect will lead the design, implementation, and operations of robust and secure identity solutions within the organization.
This role involves designing and deploying the onboarding and technical integration of a broad variety of business applications, aiming to standardize and automate processes as much as possible. Reporting to the IAM Lead, the architect will provide technical expertise and work closely with a functional specialist and IT application managers to deploy the appropriate identity-related technologies. Collaboration with the Governance Manager, the team responsible for day-to-day operations, and the IT application managers is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical and subject matter expert for identity solutions, providing guidance and support to various teams within the organization
- Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with a functional specialist and application owners to develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies, standards, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with application owners to onboard applications onto the identity solutions
- Security and Compliance: Ensure identity solutions comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices, enhancing the overall security posture of the organization
- Communication and Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for all identity solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Training and Support: Provide effective training and support to end users and support teams, enabling successful adoption and management of identity solutions
- Design and Oversight: Design and oversee the onboarding of a broad variety of business applications, aiming to standardize and automate processes as much as possible

- A Master degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related study is required.
- At least 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical background in identity and access management solutions, with hands-on experience in privileged access management and identity governance and administration.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
- Knowledge of security standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in identity and access management.
- Relevant certifications in identity and access management or related fields are advantageous.
- Ability to tackle matters independently, particularly in the design and implementation of identity solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical specialists.

- Gross salary between € 4.165,- and € 6.450,- month depending on your work experience; annual performance bonus, mobility allowance, a fixed expense allowance, and a working from home allowance of €2.40 per working day.
